In this episode, we dive into prepping for the Eugene Marathon, going to Kenya, and perspective upgrades. Shabb even hits me with a hammer of a question at the end of the episode!

Today’s conversation is with the LEGEND, Isaac Homer who is wise beyond his years. We connected through Isaac being on the University of Portland Men’s Soccer team. We have had a ton of walks and talks recently so we decided to sit down and record one. This one will be special to reflect on as Isaac will have ACL surgery at the end of May.
We discuss letting go, boundaries, bouncing out of bad moments, growth, self-improvement purgatory, and more…
Life is all about discovering the people you can have incredible conversations with and Isaac is one of them. I am so grateful for the opportunity to coach him and have real honest conversations.

Today’s guest is Alex Morris owner and creator of Cosube! Which is Portland’s premier surf lifestyle shop. The name came from Alex’s perfect day, Coffee Surf and Beer. Co Su Be.
Cosube has also turned into OUR SPOT for the boys preparing for the Eugene Marathon (April 28th, 2024) and getting one of the best breakfast burritos in Portland post-run. I loved learning about his unique path to opening up a unique business. When you think of Portland, surfing isn’t the first thing that comes to mind.
