#81 - Sam Stuhr - From Portland To Pro Ball. Guiding The Game, Learning From Failure, & Building Confidence.

Sam Stuhr joins the podcast to discuss his journey from college baseball to being drafted by the Oakland Athletics in the 5th round of the 2024 MLB Draft. Sam just finished his first year of professional baseball and is ramping up to report to his first Spring Training in February. Man, his story is so sick. I am pumped for you to check out this conversation!

I am super grateful for the opportunity to coach and work with Sam this past year during his time with the Portland Pilots Baseball team. I loved this conversation because so many times in coaching we don’t get these bigger blocks of time to dive into different things we are curious about. Also to learn more about Sam’s story from Junior College to Oregon State, and then deciding to make the move and pitch for the Portland Pilots.

If you loved this episode, make sure you hit up Sam and I to let us know what you enjoyed most.
