#54 - Chad Stevens - Consistently Becoming Better In Professional Baseball.
Today’s guest on the podcast is Chad Stevens, who is currently a professional baseball player for the Houston Astros. He recently finished playing over 120 games at the AA level with the Corpus Christi Hooks and jumped on the podcast to discuss his preparation going into the 2024 season. This conversation was special because I had the opportunity to coach Chad during his Portland Pilots career.
We had some fun in this one discussing his journey and diving into what he has learned from the past 3 years in pro ball. My two favorite parts of the podcast were when Chad discussed the difference between competitive and mechanical adjustments and his lesson from playing with Jose Altuve.
