#46 - Stephen Dempsey - Rokke Performance Path & Insights From MLB Pros.

Today’s guest, is Rokke Performance’s very own, Stephen Dempsey. Stephen started his coaching career at Rokke Performance coaching a wide range of Portland-based athletes 7 years ago. One of his primary responsibilities is leading the professional/elite baseball training group which includes first-round draft picks, World Series appearances, and future MLB prospects. Adley Rustchmen, Noble Meyer, Mick Abel, Ryan Thompson, Carson Kelly, and Paul Wilson are a few who consistently invest in themselves at Rokke.

In this episode, we dive into Stephen’s journey of discovering his passion for developing athletes and how he has evolved as a coach and person. One of my favorite parts of this conversation is what Stephen has learned from coaching high-level athletes and how he has applied that to his pursuit of being a scratch golfer.
