#1 - Noah Cracknell - Writing, Longevity, & Being A Better Human.
Noah Cracknell is currently a strength and conditioning coach and a writer that is diving into all things health, performance, and longevity. I had the opportunity to coach Noah during his freshmen year while attending the University of Portland and being on the baseball team.
